Anna Gunn
Anna Gunn has been an actor for more than twenty years. Her most well-known role is her role as Skyler White in the AMC Drama series Breaking Bad for which she received the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting actor in the Drama Series in 2013 and 2014. She has also played Jean Ward in The Practice as well as Martha Bullock in Deadwood. Anna Gunn, born 1968 in Sante Fe New Mexico fell attracted to acting during the Preparatory stage before moving with her family to Ohio. She did theatre studies at Northwestern University, and spent an entire semester at the British American Drama Academy. Anna started out in Chicago performing in stage parts for a number of years. After that, she relocated to Hollywood and began acting in movies and television shows. Anna was chosen to play Arden on Down the Shore in the series of 29 episodes Down the Shore. Anna continued to appear in movies as well as TV shows such Seinfeld, NYPD Blue and others up to the late 1990's. She was then selected for The Practice as Jean Ward. The mid-2000's saw her was given the role of Deadwood in the role of Martha Bullock for two full seasons. Skyler appeared on screen in Breaking Bad (2008). Sully was one of her characters. Gunn appeared in David Schwimmer's Sex With Strangers, a production produced by David Schwimmer. The actress, in 2022, also was a part of a four-part podcast of audio plays called"Numbered Days. The love story between Walter White and his wife Skyler is the most prominent element of the plot in Breaking Bad with the strained connection between them and the eventual end of their relationship mirroring the same arc of Walter White's final days of life.
